So guys read on :

Hello Womeniya: Could you Introduce yourself for our readers.
I am Mrs Madhu Mathur, MA ,MEd MPhil
Principal , Nirmala High School.

Hello Womeniya: What Inspired to start your Business.

My intense passion for education and the love for children and to educate them holistically was something that inspired me to start schools .
I have one High school and a play school running in the twin cities , in Khairtabad and in Banjara Hills respectively .

Hello Womeniya: : What Challenges have you faced as a Woman Entrepreneur and how did you overcome them.

Life was not a smooth sail . I had a lot of challenges and difficulties which came my way .
Firstly I was a plain graduate when I started Nirmala high school . People did not believe my potential till I proved otherwise. At a later date I did my BEd and my MEd while bringing up the school. M Phil followed there on .
I had started NHS in a rented building in Adarshnagar which was quite a burden for a start up.
Being a woman , people doubted my capabilities and ability so constantly one had to work hard for being recognised.
Being a young mother of two small children , one was two years old and the other just 15 days old . I had to drive my own car to the school after the second ceaserian section , with both children in tow.
If the school maid was absent , I would sweep or mop my school myself , the teacher keeping guard!
I had to face tantrums of some finicky parents who would argue on petty issues.
If the bus driver was absent at times I would drive the car to pick up children for school .
The annual days would be a great stress and strain , organising them would be challenging in many ways. There are many aspects to take charge of for a function to be successful and our annual / sports days have always been grand .
Waiting for long hours in the Secretariat to fix on chief guests was not easy especially Home ministers who are on higher positions ..
I would have half meals at times ,for my life would be a mad rush and I would have had to run on errands , sometimes on odd hours too .
My old and ailing in laws needed my attention too . They were in and out of hospitals .
The negativity from family and friends had to be tackled with pragmatism and tact.
Nothing could bog me down as my passion was extreme ,will power was strong and my sustenance capacity was good .
My husband being a shippy, I had to handle all this single handedly ,which I did with courage. Never once did I look back or take a U turn .

Hello Womeniya: Tell something about your Start-up and how people can benefit from it.

Nirmala high school being one of the good schools of the twin cities achieved its laurels by its high standards in education .
We have produced doctors , engineers , lawyers, entrepreneurs and many successful and self confident students who would be at par with the global citizens .
The staff which is supposed to be the main backbone of any institution was absolutely diligent and sincere , dedicated to the cause of education and devoted to the children’ s growth and welfare.
NHS churns out confident, well groomed and self reliant citizens of the state and the country at large.

Hello Womeniya: Where Does your Inspiration come from.

My inspiration comes from the most revered Mother Teresa. She is the one who devoted herself selflessly towards the education of non schooled children from the slums . She dedicated her entire life towards the education , growth and well being of human kind by joining the sisters of Loreto.
For her hard work of charity towards mankind and bringing about peace in the world she deserved a Nobel prize.
6: Do you feel that in India there are enough structures and facilities put in place to assist women to expand their Startup Journey.

In the present scenario, Mr Narendra Modi has been advocating entrepreneurship and hence lots of start ups are popping up, where women too are given such opportunities .
But in earlier times we did not have such facilities especially for women .
I would advocate we encourage more opportunities for women. They say if you educate a man you could feed a family but if you educate a woman you could feed the nation .

Hello Womeniya: How you balance your professional and personal life .

My professional life is where no body can tread as I remain focused on my time and devote or give my 100 percent to it . I do not depend on anybody for its complete day to day activities or allow anyone to take complete charge .
I give quality time to my family in the evenings and hence my work life equation is met .

Hello Womeniya: : What advice would you give to someone who are aspiring Women Entrepreneur

My advise to the young and aspiring entrepreneurs is that they should have the conviction that they are going to be achievers . They should have the perseverance , dedication and the ability to work hard which will fetch them success.
I would say that if you believe in something you should go all out and achieve it ! Remember that the word IMPOSSIBLE also says I’M POSSIBLE!

Hello Womeniya: what Women Inspire you.

Women who are dashing and with a drive are the ones who inspire me . Those women who do not give up half way and who do not take a U turn. Women who work selflessly for a cause without thinking about the fruits are the ones who impress me .

Hello Womeniya: What’is your message on International Women’s Day.

On this International Women’s day I would like to wish all the gorgeous women out there a happy women’s day !
My message to all of you would be that you are capable of donning many caps as you are spiritually , mentally and emotionally strong .
Women can be sincere and dedicated at work , have a strong and a sensible mind , can multi task and manage work life scenarios in an adept manner.

More than anything else woman is bestowed and blessed to produce mankind !
