In our Inner wheel Social entrepreneur series in this episode we are introducing you a very dynamic and and popular social Entrepreneur of IWC District 317 who believes in Social service and charity work yes we are talking IPDC AC Member Mrs.Nanda Arun Zadbuke , IW District 317, who shared her Inner wheel glorious journey with Hello Womeniya Correspondent Ruchika Sawant.

Brief Introduction of IPDC Mrs Nanda Arun Zadbuke

IPDC Mrs Nanda Arun Zadbuke is a charismatic amiable, versatile personality.
Born and brought up in a joint family at Miraj(Dist Sangli).
Completed her secondary education at Jubilee Kanyashala, Miraj. At school, she was a bright, sincere student, a Kho kho, Kabaddi player, a good Athlet, NCC Best Cadet and Best Firer. Graduated in Science as Mathematics as major subject.
She is fond of Mathematics. This passion made her an excellent tutor from last thirty years. She started her tution with five students, now it has become a huge class with merit results, also gives free education to poor students.
She celebrated Silver Jubilee Year of her Zadbuke Classes in the presence of great social worker Padmashree Dr Prakash Baba Amte and Padmashree Dr Mandakini Amte. She donated Rs One lakh to Lokbiradari Prakalp and donated Jaipur foot to twenty disables.
She entered in Inner Wheel in 1996. She is the Charter President of IWC Sangli Midtown Sunrise with 56 Charter members. Worked two years as President, served the society with commendable job.e.g.Tejaswini Purskar,Jaipur foot donation,Traffic Awareness program, Yoga Shibir of 800 school girls, educational help to needy and so on. She worked as Chairman of District Rally of Jallosh, District Conference of Gunjan at Sangli . Completed her all posts at club level, she entered the District in 2012 as District Editor,also released District souvenir Sakhi. She worked efficiently as District ISO, District Secretary, District PP Chairman, District ESO, District Vice Chairman. She attended Association events, Triennial Conf. and all Districts events. She attended Incoming Training Institute at Vapi,Gujrat. As AC member, she distributed sanitary napkin pads to all clubs and it was a mega project. As District ESO, Formed two new clubs.
She worked as District Chairman of Dist.317 in the year 2919-20.
She contributes her service in so many social organisations.

Badminton Champion of Sangli Gymkhana, Enjoyed mix doubles match with International Player Prakash Padukon, Awarded as Rakta Bhushan Purskar for donating blood several times, Gives demo of Flower Decoration in schools, colleges.
Gives free guest lectures of Maths, Committee member of SHP in three colleges, arranges Jaipur foot Camps in rural areas, donated hundred Jaipur foot .
Her husband Rtn Arun Zadbuke is a KSB Pump dealer who is her best friend, Guru, Philosopher and great Strength. Her son is Charterd Accountant , married with Priyanka (B.E.) who is a Maths Tutor. Daughter Archana (B.E.) is married with Prassanna, a software engineer.
Nanda is blessed with four grandchildren.
Hobbies
Nanda is known for her Uniqueness. Cooking, Gardening, Flower Decoration, Badminton, Music, Traveling are her hobbies. She traveled so many countries
Experience as District Chairman
Inner Wheel is women’s second largest second organization in the world working in 104 countries. In India, there are 27 districts. Mrs Nanda Zadbuke was installed as District Chairman of District 317 by the auspicious hands of PIIWP Dr. Kapila Gupta for the year 2019-20. As District Chairman, she has not left a single stone unturned. She worked on Association goals Miracles with fulfilling IIW Theme Together We Can by working with all clubs together.
To remove plastic project, distributed 4000 veggie bags also paper bags cloth bags. In her she has made so many records in her District and India, tree plantation was done to save planet.
Vending machines, sanitary napkin pads, education material and fees were given to school and college girls, health checkup camps for women and children were arranged.
Hosted West Zone Meet Milestone for the first time in District with a good fundraise and good registrations, excellent speakers -Goa Governor Mrudula Sinha, Film Actress Mrinal Dev
It made a great history in District.
Important Service project :

Hosted WZM Milestone first time
Inaugurated sixty six Inner Wheel schools(record in District and Association)
Donated 340 Jaipur Foot, twenty Wheel Chairs
At WZM, donated 31 Jaipur foot to disables,
30 bicycles and 130 Jahan’s to orphan girls by the hands of Goa Governor Mrudula Sinha
Mission Mamta Rally for Orphan Free India on Baga Beach with 500 Members
District events-
District Assembly Ruby rose, PDC Meet Diamond, ISI Editos Meet Dosti aur Kalam, District Rally of Pearl, District Conference Coral were grand success.
In District conference two wheelers and three wheelers mission mamta rally and display of slide show of orphan work was arranged. DC Nanda was appreciated by AP Mamta Gupta for her excellent work.
Flood Victim
My year started on 1 st July, 2019. In August,80% of our District was under water. Though our members were affected badly, they rushed and helped people by donating food, food items, clothes, daily items, medicines, Cattle feed, Mats, Rugs and medical aid. During flood, our other districts sent relief funds. We distributed Aatachakkis to needy women who had lost every thing in flood.
Covid-19 help
In March 2020 the whole world was suffering from Covid-19 Disaster. all clubs again rushed and helped the poor. They distributed fresh food items, masks santizars, PPE kits facesheild masks. Some have donated money to PM AND CM Care fund distributed food packets and PPE kits to Police Doctors, Nurses who were serving 24 hours.
I salute my clubs for their extraordinary work done during my tenure. I have no words to express my gratitude towards our seniors – PDCs , DEC members and each and every member of our District making my year successful. I visited to all 54 clubs officially and achieved a lot of respect , love , affection. This was a wonderful experience. Two new clubs were formed in my tenure.
To be a D.C is a wonderful life time experience for me which will cherish forever, I proud of to be an Inner Wheel member. Long live Inner Wheel .
