Meet Seema Malhotra President Inner Wheel Club of Kashipur Blossom District 311 she shares her Service Project

Women Social entrepreneurship is vital for our future. Collectively we can make a change by closing the gap between men and women in the workforce. Entrepreneurs are those adventurous, daredevils who drive deep into the pressing problems of society and try to find solutions to them, not by leaving the responsibilities in the reins of the government or business, but by trying to change systems as a whole and persuading societies to take new initiatives

In our Social Entrepreneur series today We are introducing you a very dynamic and popular Social Entrepreneur of Kashipur Blossom for her remarkable and outstanding performance in social  field particular in Inner Wheel Club  who always believes in Women Empowerment and social entrepreneurship. Yes, we are talking about Mrs. Seema Malhotra, President Inner Wheel Club of Kashipur Blossom, District 311, she shared her Service and Charity Project with Hello Womeniya Correspondent Priyanka Yadav.

Key highlight of service project

Project 1:

IWC Panchvati Vatika

Developed park for NGO kids. We planted various types of health benefiting plants. We also reused and recycled the old stuff like bottles and tyres to make tree guards and wall. The park will also function as a multipurpose playground a source of open house learning amphitheater for various events organized by NGO for kids.

Project 2:

Badminton and Basketball court

We made badminton n basketball court. It is a small initiative to empower girls by making them feel that they can choose anything, including sports as a career.

Project 3:

Beautician course
” She is the future, empower her.”

We conducts beautician courses to make needy girls independent.

Project 4:

Unprivileged girls marriage

Being of service to others is what brings true happiness. We gave our contribution to unprivileged girls marriage by giving them utility stuff.

Project 5:

Computer course
“International Girl Child day

Let’s join hands to collectively create a world where every girl is given the opportunity to live in prosperity and equality.

Nowadays children need to have a good knowledge of computer to keep up with recent need of online education. Keeping this mind on the occasion of International girl Child day we started computer course for girls.

Project 6:

Recycle All Recyclable Items

All the members are making organic manure in their homes from vegetable peels, tea leaves, etc. We prepared 20 bins of compost with club log. In which organic manure is being prepared.

Project 7:

Girl education give me a chance to read them Then see the passion to fight with every difficulty, to educate a girl to promote the weaker section of the society initiative. We sponsor education of two unprivileged girls. We Donated a printer in a school.

Project 8:

Vandematram

Under the guidance of District Chairman Dr. Divya Lehri we sent hand made Diwali n new-year greeting cards to the soldiers. These cards were made by the student of Delhi Public School Kashipur.

Project 9:

International Literacy Day

We donated white board to NGO and school for their classroom and other stationery items to the children.  We conducted a counselling session in slum area because proper guidance is must for kids and their parents. We explained the parents about the importance of education and how education is the only way for liberation.

Project 10:

Women Empowerment

We took another interesting initiative to make girls self-reliant and confident. We arranged for small gifting items that can be sold at diwali fares. Girls were motivated to put their stalls and sell these products. Through this girls were able to understand the importance of being self independent. Hope our club continues to do similar work and contributes in making girls self-reliant.

Brief Introduction of International Inner Wheel:

International Inner Wheel is an international women’s  Social organisation to create friendship, service and understanding. It has clubs in over 100 countries with over 100,000 members. IWC has very strong presence in India. It has more than 3000 thousands clubs in Urban and rural India. Since the Covid-19 Pandemic breaks out Inner wheel club launched charity campaign worldwide. In our Inner wheel Social entrepreneur series in this Episode we are introducing very popular face of IWC, she doesn’t need any kind of Introduction.

This District is very important in Northern part of India. It covers many District from Mathura, Vrindavan, Agra, Kanpur and many more parts from North India.
