In our Social Entrepreneur series today we are introducing you a very dynamic and popular Social Entrepreneur of Raipur, Chhattisgarh for her remarkable and outstanding performance in social field particular in Inner wheel club, who always believes in Women Empowerment and social entrepreneurship. Yes we are talking about Mrs. Sweety Vaid President of Inner Wheel Club of Raipur Greater she shared her Service and Charity Project with Hello Mumbai News Correspondent Priyanka Yadav.
Brief Introduction of International Inner Wheel :
International Inner Wheel is an International Women’s Social organisation to create friendship, service and understanding. It has clubs in over 100 countries with over 100,000 members. IWC has very strong presence in India. It has more than 3000 thousand clubs in Urban and rural India. Since the Covid-19 Pandemic breaks out Inner wheel club launched charity campaign worldwide. In our Inner wheel Social entrepreneur series in this Episode we are introducing very popular face of IWC, she doesn’t need any kind of Introduction.
Key Highlights of Service Project:
Project 1 :
Adopted an Orphanage for Tenure 2021-2022. Taking care of their requirements like medicines, toys, groceries, stationary, every month. We also celebrate festivities with them.
Project 2 :
Continue project work in Thalassemia Society, Tenure 2021-2022. Inner Wheel club of Raipur Greater donated Rs 1, 20, 2000/- to Thalassemia Society, Rs 10,000/- every month. This amount accounts to benefitting 10 children every month.
Project 3 :
On the occasion of Doctors Day, Inner Wheel Club organized a Vaccination camp in associations with Raipur Iron and Steel Trade Association. 300 people were benefitted with their first and second dose.
Project 4 :
Inner Wheel club of Raipur Greater installed a projector with laptop, screen and speaker at Government High School, Purena. The Project cost was Rs 70,000/-, which was inaugurated by District Chairman and benefitted 800 students.
Project 5 :
Scholarship given to a CA student, of Rs 15,000/- for her coaching classes.
