A food channel for the beginners including a lot of passion for cooking. You can find simple and delectable recipes on Raiba’s channel. She has subscribers from almost all parts of the world.

Born and brought up in Mumbai city Rabia Baig had interest in cooking from her childhood but she discovered her cooking talent when she reached her teen. She was very much inspired by her mother Mrs. Seema Sayed a very excellent cook.

Rabia Baig has on hand experience of cooking of around 15 years. Cooking for her is excitement and fun. She loves cooking for her family and friends and enjoy hosting a party with many varieties of food.
She herself has discovered many ways of cooking both veg, non-veg dishes and varieties of homemade masalas.

She has a unique talent to find out all the ingredients by tasting one spoon of any dish. All my recipes are cooked with very common ingredients which are easily available in your kitchen. Her YouTube channel displays varieties of recipes to choose the one that suits your tastebuds.

Rabia baig was interviewed and her food recipe was published by The Inquilab Urdu daily during last Ramadan period in their food section.

Her recipie for Hello womeniya News viewers:
Chapli kabab which is a Peshawari dish made with tender chicken mince mixed with all spices and set for marination so that all spices infuse well with chicken for a flavourful taste
Ingredients:
1/2 kg chicken minced
2tsp roasted and crushed coriander seed
2tsp roasted and crushed cumin seed
2tbs roasted gram flour(besan)
2tsp chilly flakes
1tsp ginger garlic paste
2 to 3 chopped green chillies
1 egg(whole)
1 deseeded tomatoe chopped
Coriander leaves
Oil
Salt to taste

Procedure:
Add roasted cumin seed, roasted coriander seed, roasted gram flour, chilly flakes, chopped green chillies, ginger garlic paste, egg with yolk, coriander leaves and salt.
Heat oil in a pan. Rub oil on both the palms. Shape it a flat disc like patty and add in to the oil. Fry on each side for 3 to 4 min till it turns light golden. Once it is done on both the side remove it and serve with salad as a starters u can also place it in a bun with lots of fresh veggies and sauces.
